facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, 

pricing, or outcomes of third-party services. Any agreements made 

are between you and the respective service provider.

Users posting or responding to Buy & Sell listings do so at their 

own discretion and risk. Happy Drivers does not guarantee the 

accuracy of listings or the conduct of buyers/sellers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Happy Drivers is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, 

damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of our platform or 

reliance on third-party services.

6. Changes to Terms

use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
