1. Services via Third-Party Partners

Many services offered through Happy Drivers (insurance, vehicle 

finance, mechanics, spare parts, etc.) are provided by third-party 

partners. Cancellation and refund terms for these services are 

governed by the respective partner's policy. Happy Drivers will 

assist in coordinating your request but is not directly responsible 

for approving or processing such refunds.

2. Buy & Sell Listings

Transactions made through our Buy & Sell section are between the 

buyer and seller directly. Happy Drivers does not process payments 

or refunds for these transactions and is not liable for disputes 

arising from them.

3. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel a service booked through Happy Drivers, please

on the specific service provider's policy.

4. Refund Timelines

Where applicable, refunds will be processed as per the timeline and 

terms specified by the respective service partner. Happy Drivers 

does not guarantee a fixed refund timeline for third-party services.
